RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Any products purchased at www.thebgd.com are all well-checked and in good condition before the delivery to our customers. To ensure the best quality, they are all individually wrapped, protected and packed carefully inside their boxes. Once product sold, it is NOT exchangeable, returnable or refundable. We do not take responsibility for any balloon pop due to rough handling, changes in temperature or exposure to heat / sunlight / dangerous elements once delivery has taken place. Colours may be differ slightly due to monitor settings & lighting of the photography. Because they are handmade products, they will inevitably be some minor flaws or differences, so this is normal. We do NOT accept the colour, pattern, size, other aspects of minor differences and the existence of small defects on the product quality issues as reasons to return / refund / exchange of products. Order cut-off times and delivery time-frames are provided as a guide only, and may alter if there is any delay in payment authorisation being completed. We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be late, including accidents, fire, strikes, natural disasters and any other reasons beyond our control. However, we will always work hard to ensure our customers are fully satisfied.
As a reminder to our customers, if incorrect information on an order form is submitted, we will not be held responsible. During the purchase, customers need to ensure that all information and delivery address is correct and checked before the order is submitted. The Best Gift Delivery will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. No exchange or modification of sticker wordings, designs, colour, and etc. once the options were chosen by customers themselves, after the order is received and confirmed. All product prices stated in our website are fixed and FINAL. No refunds or exchanges will be given for products that have been used or damaged when it has already received and accepted by the recipient. Special offer products or discounted products are not exchangeable / returnable / refundable. If an item was sold as a set, individual elements of that set cannot be exchanged / returned / refunded. We would encourage all recipients to check upon receiving the product during the delivery at doorstep by the courier service provider. Recipients have the rights not to accept the product if it is found damaged or incorrect during the arrival. As we do not provide exchanges / returns / refunds, think twice before you purchase our products. Please take note that understanding the products before you purchase are your responsibility and at your own concern.
